I chose to texture this one with some leather but its fully unwraped and can be dropped right into substance for changes. this is meant to be used in a realistic V-Ray scene but I have included roughness, and metalnes specularity options as well as baked AOif needed. its fairily low poly as well so it shouldnt sag your system when its being used. I will be sprinkling in a sofa here and there while i go through and make more props and what not for use in v-ray scenes.
