The model was created in Blender 2.82 and the renders were done using Cycles.

Textures are PBR with Colour, Roughness, Specular, Metallic, Transmission and Normal Maps at 1k, 2k and 4k resolutions.

The product is available as .obj and .fbx files and as a Blend file.

Included in the .obj and .fbx is the mirror only. See below for Blender File information.

Object Info

The mirror has been UV unwrapped with no overlapping islands.

The textures are created with UDIMs and in such a way as the .1001 tile is for all but the back panel. So if you are hanging the mirror on a wall or, otherwise not seeing the back and you are conserving memory, you could make a normal material using only these .1001 textures. If you are going to see the back, use both UDIM textures.

The mirror's origin is at the centre of the back of the object, so level with the wall.

The mirror contains – 12,012 verts and 11,768 polygons

Blender File

The Blend file includes the mirror, wall, lights and camera, but, to reduce the Blend file size and avoid redundancy, only the 4k material textures. The 1k and 2k textures can be found in the Textures folder.
