Nice Model, but. Another one of those v-Ray renders that doesn't follow a naming convention that allows the fbx or mtl to address textures properly. "Map #3", "Box 12220" or "03 Default_05" are just not the kind of pieces that you can put together afterwards.
Would love to use it, but as the transforms haven't been baked into the fbx I would have to switch to Max - which I can't.
