( AC_WT_1W )name cordinate this model. the model its ready for rendering interior. if you choice the fbx or obj format its already applying the modifiers but if choice the 3ds max format the modifiers its not applying its on purpose for easier to edit it the model again.

Render :The render im using vray 3.6 plug in render for good quality render and material

Noted :All the model unwarp uv just scaling in material 3ds max if you import the model obj or fbx and find object turn it gray dont worry the texture im already pack it in the asset.zip
