This is a well-constructed model. I bought it for a 2D scene backdrop. I easily re-textured it (due to file-path issues, which is very common with 3D model inter-formats) and then I separated out all the individual pieces - like mugs and chairs and such - so I could manipulate them individually. The author left overlaps in the seams to make vertex selection rather easy. Recommended.
