Japanese Office Pack - Over 100 Models Low-poly 3D model

A retro-ish Japanese office pack containing 98 unique models and a premade scene to create the office of your dreams (or nightmares). The assets themselves are something you would find in a Japanese office that has diligently worked for decades, focusing on what matters. They might appear a bit dated, but that's part of the charm! They also work well in non-Japanese settings, since Japanese text is used only in a couple of specific assets.

About the Assets:

The contents of the pack range from furniture to electronics used in the office. A lot of the models have multiple texture variants, so you are not limited by the initial colour or material. All of the assets have PBR textures, so they will look superb on all platforms you decide to use them in. In total, there are almost 200 asset variations from texture and mesh combinations.

The poly count of the objects varies between 24 and 7733 with most being between 1000 and 2000 so these are well optimized to be used in real-time applications and can run even on mobile! Texture resolution varies between 256px and 4096px, with most of them being 2048px.

Models include the following textures:

• Albedo (Some with variants)
• Normal Map
• Packed PBR (Roughness, Metalness, Ambient Occlusion)

The packaged PBR texture has the following textures assigned on RGB channels:

• Red = Ambient Occlusion
• Green = Roughness
• Blue = Metalness
