This is PBR file organiser. The file includes a model in real world scale (27cm x 10cm x 32cm). It comes in following formats:

The blender file has the shaders set up, so it's ready to render using Cycles.
It also comes with set of 4K .png maps:

roughness
ambient occlusion
normal
metallic
For performance reasons the GLTF format has 2K JPG textures without ambient occlusion.
