you mean the lights? :) . You must create an emissive material.

i still dont understand, cause im using blender and every tutorial i can find for that has the "bloom" option which doesnt exist anymore, and since it already has a texture shared across multiple objects, it doesnt allow me to create a emissive material for the light

You just need to conect the T_ceiling_Emissive with the emission input and thats all for the emissive texture, perhaps you need to add lights also. The pics are taken in marmoset but in all engines they will look almost the same.
