There are three groups of objects in the archive in 3Ds Max 2013 files; to select a sofa option, you must turn off the Vimle_1 or Vimle_2 group. Also on these groups are different materials. TurboSmooth modifier left in 3Ds Max 2013 file.
In the OBJ export file, both variants of the sofa are completely without TurboSmooth.
