The living room 3d model, with sofa set, tea table, chairs and other few things for interior design. The maya file doesnot contain materials and textures but its completely editable because the project is developed using maya. But the blender file has materilas and textures, but its difficult to edit because its an exported file from maya. The blender file is full of triangles geometery.

It also consist of the exported .dae file.
