This model was made using real world scale for main shapes and details.
All objects are textured. Main objects and furniture are textured with trimsheets textures, so most of UVs are overlapping. You can modify or swap trimsheet textures to create alternate versions of the warehouse very fast. Floor and pallets with boxes have unique textures. The only thing that is not textured are the glow-tubes, they use emissive material only.
You'll get everything that can be seen on the images. Minor postproduction used. All objects are logically named. The Blend file is optimized for Cycles rendering using GPU - OptiX. If you'd like to render with CPU remember to set tile size to 64 for better render times.
The model has clean and fairly low topology.
Blender Cycles:
Scene is lit by simple environment and emissive material applied to lamps.
UE5:
Scene is lit by slightly modified default lighting setup and emissive material applied to glow-tubes. Realtime lighting using Lumen, nothing baked, no ray tracing enabled. I've decreased some settings for better FPS for most people. To increase rendering quality, just go to PostProcessVolume and increase Final Gather to 10. Also increase Engine Scalability Settings to Cinematic. For Nvidia RTX cards users, I highly recommend enabling DLSS Plugin for huge FPS boost. The project requires around 7GB of VRAM to run properly.
