Please do not be misled by negative comments. The second preview picture is a model test. The model is just missing the island and flower arrangement in the middle of the hall. Everything else is exactly the same. You can compare it with the 3dmax rendering window.

This file needs to be opened with 3dsmax, other software may not be able to open the file correctly.

Not Recommended
The fbx file did not import well into my program at all, all the textures did not even correlate to the textures in the folder. I reached out to both the designer and CGTrader with no response or help at all.
