22°26’N 114°10’E are the geographical coordinates of the Tai Po — an area in the eastern part of the New Territories of Hong Kong. Rapid growth of metropolitan cities has been reshaping the world. The 22° — 114° TAI PO table reflects the idea of a synthesis of modern and classic tradition. The inclined position of the table legs and the tabletop with gently chamfered corners remind of a pagoda — a cultural heritage of the Far Eastern temple architecture. Delicate lines of the tabletop balance out the rigidity of the legs position. It gives the table an extra stability. The table can be used for dining as well as for business talks.Developed by architects of ARCH(E)TYPE bureau, Russia.
