You'll get everything that can be seen on the images. All objects are logically named.

The model has clean and fairly low topology.

Texture maps: 2048x2048 and 4096x4096.

The floor, beams and paintings (front) are textured. Rest of the scene is not UV unwrapped.

The product comes in couple formats: fbx, obj, blend and other.

Blend, FBX have textures embedded. Lighting is not baked.

There are two Blend files. One for Blender 2.93 LTS and one for Blender 3.

Scene made in Blender 2.93 LTS. Rendered with Blender 3 Cycles. Minor Blender postproduction applied.

The Blend file is optimized for Cycles rendering using GPU. If you'd like to render with CPU remember to set tile size to 64 for better render times. If your system doesn't have much memory, then go Render Properties->Performance->Memory->Use tiling. The tiling size depends on your system.
