Thanks for quick reply. A gurney with debris on it is a premade set? I was thinking like an entire OR (operating room) with gurneys, equipment, lights, etc) all laid out as in image #4. No?

Yes , gurney with debris and similar , but not the whole scene. We will have unreal engine soon version that include some demo levels , if you need it.
