This is a fully modular warehouse project. Every item in this set can be moved and combined with others to create something new. The entire thing is made up of 3 materials and 3 texture sets.
The UE 5 demo 449 objects, most of which are instances. There are 260 instances for racks with boxes alone. The flat version prepared for UE 5 has 170k verts and 270 Tris (we count only base object, rest is instanced). In the UE 5 demo and renders, there are around 200 lights. (Demo is not included because of size)The set is designed to be tiled hard, so you can go as low as 512x512 resolution and still achieve a decent look (as shown in the screens).
There are three texture sets: 'warehouse_props_1' for racks and base boxes, 'warehouse_props_1_decals_BaseColor' which includes an atlas map for decals on the boxes, static shadows for the room, floor and roof, as well as wall cracks and puddles. The third texture set is 'warehouse_walls_msc_1_BaseColor', which includes an atlas map for base texture for roof, walls and floor, as well as vents and other non-box elements.I made everything from scratch using: Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop and Unreal Engine 5
What you will get?
In UE and Unity, you need to link the textures to the proper materials. Remember that! Also, some boxes and racks use more than one decal level, so you need to set a 'sort order' in Unreal Engine and Unity too.
And thats it!
