Doesn't even come with the required textures. Update - I went and messaged the seller about the missing textures and they proceeded to throw insults at me just because I messaged them saying that the textures were missing from the project's files. Messaged them again showing more information that there were no textures from the project files that they provided just to be called an "***hole."
