This is game-ready low-poly bathroom sink model that can be subdivided!
It also has a second UV for lightmaps for Unreal Engine 4.
Because of its shape it can be placed on any surface.

Model was originaly created in Maya 2017. I made 2 different shading methods:
'PBR Metalness Textures' .mb Arnold, Unreal 4 and .FBX
'default standard materials' .mb Viewport 2.0, .OBJ, .FBX_StandardMats

There are maya standard lights in the scene, so it look exactly like on images above.
There is also 1 texture map for HDRI reflections (2k).
