Modern Vanity Unit with Washroom Sinks 3D model

A high quality, yet low poly 3D model of a Modern Vanity Unit with Washroom/Bathroom Sinks (3), created in Autodesk Maya.

This vanity unit, sometimes called sink unit or cupboard, under-sink or basin cabinet, is simply a block with a flat surface that houses a modern sink / wash basin. We used it in a 4D construction architectual animation, located in a bathroom, however there are various other locations where you could use this model, such as public areas/buildings etc. The units are made of a composite material and have a void behind them for any plumbing models. It is a freestanding unit with the sanitaryware basin above, whole, inset, recessed or resembling a bowl sitting on the surface. As expected, the sanitary pipework would likely to be hidden by the unit itself.

The model is great to use in your games, films as CGI, VR, or animations. It's low poly but holds enough detail to place into a scene for a realistic CGI element.

Other than Autodesk Maya, file types (OBJ, FBX, STL, VRSCENE) include only standard materials without advanced shaders or materials. If you would like to use the textures outside of Vray renderer, we have also uploaded .tif versions of the texture maps.
