While this is a decent pack, make sure you import it yourself. Do not try and use the uassets included as everything just breaks (when properly integrating files into the content folder).
The uassets also include unpacked metal/rough textures.
As for the props, they are fine if you are looking for an ultra-performance or low poly model as they lack a lot of finer detail on the meshes. For example, the button on the urinal has 7 sides, which even at a slight distance is noticeable. It definitely feels like this pack was made with a workflow from 2010 rather than 2020.
I think this pack would benefit greatly if the artist remastered it and bumped up the triangle count on the low poly meshes. And maybe don't include uassets as even if you do everything right, Unreal can break them when being migrated in.
