Very nice. Tidy meshes. Excellent, well-named textures. Complete garage stands in gated compound. OBJ+MTL only supplied as complete model, but FBX both as complete and parts. FBX vehicle and people doors are nicely animated. Note OBJ+MTL and *all* FBX texture calls, both 'as-is' and 'relative', are hard-pathed into author's D: folder tree. MTL readily edited in eg Notepad, but such FBX pathing may annoy your previewer or modeler... FWIW, the two complete texture sets, bundled with FBX & Max, seem identical but have different file sizes...
