Very dissatisfied. The listing states the download is available in .obj and .stl format, I purchased based on that representation. Instead they send it out in a .rar compressed file which I cannot figure out the winrar and have pulled my hair out. I reached out to 3D-Horse for help and received a tertiary response that was no help at all. I was hoping they would send me an uncompressed obj/stl or some other gesture to help me, but no help at all. Ask for a refund, a cute "contact support" was all I was given. I'll eat the cost of this model, but they won't have a second opportunity.
