GALVANIZED METAL STAGES
by Ufuk Orbey (shadedancer619) / Made in: Cinema4D R14
This is a fantastic modular DIY model for people who like to make their own stuff. There are 12 different modules let you build infinite stages without any limits. The only limit is your RAM. 12 modules have 2k polygons total. With a 10k polygons you can create incredible models for your games. Lets look at the SAMPLE files. SAMPLE1 has 2k polys SAMPLE3 has 3k. It's very low I think.
There are tons of files in the pack. All you need is pick them up one by one for build a nice stage. I have to give you a detailed info. Here it is:
FILES:
GStage.c4d, GStage.fbx and GStage.dae have two types of modules. One group has BAKED objects with UVs (no PRBs) and the other group has same objects with PBR textures.
GStage.obj and GStage.3ds are the files that have only UVs (no PBRs).
RAR ARCHIVES:
SAMPLE.rar contains 3 different type of completed stages that I made for an info. They are Cinema 4D and FBX files.
SEPERATED.rar is your best friend if you think to use them in games. This archive has the modules seperated in FBX files. For example: X_UV.fbx has a baked UV map (no PBRs) so the X_PBR.fbx has PBRs of course. There are 24 files in it.
TEXTURES:
I give you some seamless textures with the model. All are PBR. You can change them with your owns of course.
You can see that there are 3 different textures for pieces details. The file named 1FACE is the top portion of modules. The 1EDGE is the body and the **1LEGS **is legs :) All you need is change the textures with yours but keep the selection tags. Every selection tag has a name FACE, EDGE and LEGS.
Just find a seamless texture and make it PBR with a good software like free crazy bump or materialize etc. If you don't need PBRs forget it.
I AM NOT PERFECT:
There are tons of files (for me). I had double check and plus triple check all modules about an hour and found no errors. I always do this for all other my models. If you catch something that I missed please warn me to correct and send to you immidiately.
