Looking at many reference photos. I think I came close, although the interior guts are most likely not accurate. Who cares about that if you need it as a game prop. I created it in Blender and textured in Substance 3D Painter. You can make the door open and switch go up and down if rigged. I hope you give me a like and maybe purchase it.
