An easy to use and versatile pipe line set with T-Section, 90*-Bend, Straight pieces of 200 and 400cm, Valve, Walkway and Storage Tank. Snaps into correct place at 25, 50 and 100cm grid sections. All uv mapped including lightmaps. Base pipe thickness is 30cm (15r). easily scalable with power of two for modularity with thickness adjustment. .uasset valve is a Blueprint actor and works with proximity collision sphere, where as when any player character is within the given radius the valve wheel becomes mouse clickable (Do not forget to enable Click events in your project) and opens / closes the valve, (Further code for functionality can easily be implemented from here on).

It's as simple as importing the assets to your project and duplicating and snapping them where ever you want to create an endless maze of pipes.
