The model doesn't have proper topology, looks to be a CAD model. It also didn't come with any textures in the download, even though it stated "textured" in the description. Besides that, it's a decent CAD model, that doesn't appear to be modeled in 3ds Max. Hopefully this wasn't just taken from a site like GragCad, tweaked a bit, and uploaded here for money?
