Overview

This is a Low-poly, game ready Shipping Container with 2 versions, 2 texture versions and 6 colours.

  • Modelled in 3DS Max 2016. The normal map was baked from a high poly model for added detail
  • Files named using the Unreal Engine 4 Naming Convention

Geometry

  • Package includes the Base Mesh with 3 LOD’s in both .fbx and .obj file formats
  • Also included is a .uasset file with LOD's and a generated lightmap (place in your UE4 projects content folder)
  • An .fbx file with LOD’s is included (can be imported straight into UE4)
  • 3DS Max Dimensions – L3.06m x W2.46 x H2.6m approximate to real world scale

Convinced by the 40ft variant of these containers, I purchased this pack as well. I imported the models without any issues into a UE4 project from the supplied fbx files. The door meshes have separate fbx source, all pivots are setup correctly for immediate animation. All container variants share the same door mesh - they fit together. The included collision hull works perfect, container is accessible. The supplied textures look exceptionally good, the rusty variants are my favorite. Overall the package is structured very good. I'm happy with the purchase and will consider this artist also in my future purchases. Regards, Ricky
