It's a 3D model of some kind of industrial/sci-fi hall, with a huge fan and machines with mysterious purposes. It was modeled in Blender as an isometric environment.
Despite its relatively large size and a high number of elements (all the details such as vents, grills etc. are made as actual geometry), somehow I have managed to keep it more or less low-poly (below 70.000 vertices).
I think it can be successfully used as a game environment (I am using it in Unity without any problems). All materials and textures assigned in Blender and packed as a zip archive.
Formats: BLEND, FBX, OBJ, GLTF
Blender previews rendered in Eevee (my computer cannot handle Cycles). I have also added two Unity previews for comparison.
