Customizable:

The railroad tracks follow a curve object. Edit the curve handles in edit mode to move the train tracks. You can also add more tracks, by turning up the array modifier count on the railroad tracks object.

Materials:

The rusty metal rail material is created procedually. The wood cross ties are using texture maps, and some procedural nodes.
