Imported into Blender 2.93.2 without any issues. Textures were really good, although I had to re-size them from 4096x4096 to 2048x2048 and convert them into .png files. Scale was real world. The resulting model versions imported into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) without any problems and really looked great. I have purchased a number of models from this author and all have been excellent with few to no issues. Professional grade and highly recommended!
