Description

Tine harrow WG 0020 is especially suitable for pre-sowing preparation of the soil after ploughing or stubble-breaking – levelling of the surface and preparation of the sowing bed.Mounted 5-row cultivator with low traction resistance and variable processing depth from 0 to 10 cm.High working speed up to 15 km/h.

Performs 4 operations in one pass:

  1. Basic soil levelling zone. A precisely leveled soil surface allows the seedbed to be evenly loosened.
  2. Loosening zone. The soil is loosened with share section to the set depth. The depth should be the same as the future sowing depth. Arrow shares allow full-area undercut and weeds control.
  3. Wave-levelling zone behind a share loosening section.
  4. Final soil levelling zone. The rear harrow ensures a perfect leveled surface with minimum clods for subsequent sowing.

Developed as design documentation for launch into production of this machine.
