Quickly and efficiently clean and sterilize racks of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, uses 1.7 gallons of water per rack and has the ability to clean 37 racks per hour. This door-type dishwasher is constructed out of stainless steel and features interchangeable upper and lower wash arms. It’s equipped with a self-flushing stainless steel pump strainer and large scrap accumulator.
