The water cooled top helps control stove top temperature for added convenience. Even better, the WOK5 comes with a stainless steel front, pipe rack and splash guard. Optional features include cast iron burner cover for directing more heat into the Wok, removable backsplash, and heavy duty portability casters for moving the unit.
