• 3dsmax 2014 File (Mental Ray Render - Arch and Design Materials) (A Convertor Script Conversor can be used to automatically change the materials to many rendering engines.)
• 3DS File
• FBX

Render: Mental RayMaterials: Arch & Design

Note: If you import the .3ds file, the materials may need to be re created / edited and applied.
