 Highly optimized and quality models were created by thinking carefully about details.  The model is created and designed in 3ds Max by architects authentically.  High-quality polygonal model, correctly scaled for an accurate representation of the original object.  This model was constructed with the utmost care and attention to detail, with clean edge flow. (please check wireframe images).  Model is built to real-world scale.  No Photoshop or compositing used, Product is ready to render.  Objects are organized by layers/groups.  Model created with 3ds Max 2018  V-Ray renderer and V-Ray materials were used  OBJ, MLT, FBX (works with most 3D applications)  Textures are high resolution  It is ready to multiply subdivision reasonably.  Colours can be easily modified.  Different parts of the model are correctly named. 3ds Max models are grouped for easy selection.  No additional plugin is needed to open the model.
