On a recent recce trip, I spotted this Electrical Switch Room on Salisbury Station and thought it would be a good item to 3D model.
On and around stations there are lots of buildings and this is just one of them, this design could also be used to cover something you don't want visible.
This item has been designed at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale. For HO Gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale,For O Gauge UK print at 175%, 1/43.5 scale,For O Gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 scale,For TT Gauge print at 63.5%, 1/120 scale,For N Gauge UK print at 51.5%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not test printed this in N gauge scale).
The example in the pictures was printed on an AnyCubic Proton M3 3D resin printer.I recommend printing these on a 3D resin printer to get the best print definition. As per normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the look of the model too much.
I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
