IncrediVat Moai Form1 3D print model

Description

This is a compatible tank made for Moai,Form1 / form1+ and other printers using the same resin tank.I designed this to be printed in PLA or cnc milled. I do not recommend to use other materials.

You will need:1 IncrediVat Tank1 IncrediVat Base16 M4 screws16 M4 Hexagonal spacers1 140x140x5mm Glass/Polycarbonate1 Fep film (i suggest less than 200 microns, more than 100 microns)

Glue the glass platform to the base.Add the hexagonal spacers on the tank.Lay the fep film on the upside down tank and use the base to push it.Use the screws to secure the film and add a little bit of tension. It will be good when you can make the film sound while blowing on it.

I included different formats. You will receive:stl, obj, 3dm, stp, igs.

Based on what hexagonal spacers you will find on your country you will probably need to modify the holes to fit them in place, that's why i added 3dm, stp and igs formats.For any questions feel free to cpost a comment or write to me.

this model, as is it was printed, the glass was put, and it's leaking with a water test. I recommend you never build it. here's the fb link with photos of this failure : https://www.facebook.com/groups/peopoly/permalink/334904063700667/

It's working to the other guys so maybe your material is not the good one. Try different pla brands. Not every pla should work. I use the same system on my another Incredivat for duplicator 7. Be carefull: the pla you chose must be rigid. If it flex a bit you will have leaks
