Hi, this is my cooling and mount solution for the E3D V6 hotend. It was developed to replace the stock hotend of my Tevo Tarantula printer. Additionally, a mount for the Creality printer family (e.g., Ender 3 V1 and V2, CR10 models) has also been developed. This part was developed from CAD models of printer parts and has not been evaluated in any of them. So, this part is in the beta version. Another universal mount for other printers is also included in this STL file set.
This mount uses a 40mm fan for the hotend radiator, a model 5015 radial blower for cooling extruded material, and a bltouch sensor for automatic leveling of the heated bed. Parts to mount inductive and capacitive sensors had been added to the set. Compatible models include ones with screws of sizes M8, M12 and M18.
It is necessary to warn that with the replacement of the hotend and its mount requires changes in the printer firmware parameters and re-positioning of the z-axis endstop sensor. It is necessary to check the Home positioning of the extruder with the bed. The offset of the bltouch sensor to the extruder nozzle is -43mm for the Y-axis and -36mm for the X-axis (SENSOR_LEFT 36, SENSOR_FRONT 43 or #define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET {-36, -43, 0}). With the extruder heating element substitution, it is necessary to update the parameters KP, KI and KD. Also, pay special attention to the BED_MARGIN parameter.List of offsets from extruder nozzle to inductive / capacitive sensor:
To mount the set for the 3D printer Tevo Tarantula It is necessary to replace the X-axis carriage and add a coupler found at:

The assembly of this set requires the use of 3 25mm M4 screws and a nut. I particularly used nylon cable ties to hold the 40mm cooler on the mount. 10mm and 15mm M2 screws with nuts and washers to fix the bltouch. Two standard screws for pc cases are used to fix the air nozzles. Ender printers require another set of screws to fix the mount on the hotend plate.
