Divider system for wide IKEA ALEX drawers (or basically any drawer).

Basic unit (1) equals 50 mm. Smaller 3/4 unit and 1/2 unit wide blocks give you 12.5 mm resolution for each drawer width. Slots height is 47 mm.

NotesDrawers that won't fully openAs we know, the IKEA ALEX drawers won't fully open, leaving about 3 blocks (15 cm) of Y-axis inside. You can see this area grayed in a picture below.

You can solve this waste of space problem by printing for example 4x3.5 or 2x3.5 slots to the backmost area. Recommendation is for either 3.5 or 4 units in Y axis. There will be separate models for backside slots, in which label areas are infront.

Accessing them you lift slots infront on them and slide the backmost slot forward, or lift it out.
