A dual piece lens cover design i made for Sionyx Aurora. Fits all types.I used and advise Flexible Filament (%100 TPU). It fits well and resistant to fall without intentionally trying to remove it. It's also very resistant to BB impact if you use it in airsoft, i experimented with 550 fps 0.20 bb at point blank range, it didnt had any scratch on it except the paint.

These setting worked well for me with Flex:Temperature: 230Platform: 65Infill: 60no raft / brimYou might need some supports.

You also need a protective acrylic glass piece, i use and advise one with a diameter of 5 cm (1.96 inches) and a thickness of 4 mm (0.157 inches). You put it between the pieces A and B, and tape the pieces together. You can easily remove the tape and replace the acrylic glass in case of damage.

I also added files for a killflash to protect against BB impacts, if you lack the acrylic glass. With same settings, killflash printed with a flexible filament will be resistent to BBs. As with all the mesh structures, there is a risk that BB might shatter upon impact and cause scratchs on the you Auroras outer glass. Also kill flash lowers the amount of light enter to your camera, reducing its effectiveness in low light so you would do better with a acrylic glass
