It is a reprint of the Aurora Thundercycle. The original components such as drive and tires fit the reprinted version just as well as the original. The print works best with a resin printer and so-called tough- or ABS like resin.
Slotcar
Slot car racing is a competitive hobby for racing powered model cars (called slot cars) on model tracksSlot car racing was a popular pastime in the 1960s. Sales at that time reached USD 500 million per year. At that time there were 3,000 public racetracks in the USA alone. In the early 1970s, the scene declined again as amateur racers were increasingly denied access and preferred to stay at home.
Slot car racing ranges from get-togethers among friends at the home track, using models provided by the host, to very serious competitions where participants meticulously build or modify their own vehicles for maximum performance. These races can be held over several events as part of national championships. Some hobbyists even create comprehensive racetracks that are modeled on real racetracks, similar to model railways. This then also includes models of buildings, trees and people. The more competitive racers, on the other hand, prefer a race track without landscape elements.
