Description
This is Darth Vader's helmet files for 3D printing from Star Wars Episode 3 : Revenge of the Sith
You will find in this :
- Darth Vader's helmet completely assembled (in digital)
- All the individual parts in digital : FaceMask - Dome - Tusks - Lenses bucks - Meshes - Colar
- A stand for a nice display. Since the helmet will be quite heavy, you will be able to pour plaster inside the base in order to make it sturdier.
You will be able to vacuum form or thermoform the lenses with the bucks in the files. Here is a nice video showing how you'll be able to do it (second part of the video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gk7gl_Gpq30&
You'll have to cut the models to make them fit in your printer.

I printed this model full size so i can wear it and it worked perfectly, fits me well, easily best ROTS Vader helmet model out there.

Overall a great model. I printed it at 100% and it may be a bit large. Nothing you can’t scale back to 95% or so. Recommend for ROTS fans.
