UPDATED: V 2.0 (10/13/25)
Due to requests, I updated my Chief Brody models with upgraded textures for 1/6th scale figures and higher. I also made several improvements to the head shapes and hair styles to better represent Roy Scheider as seen in Jaws. The updated models are also available with the NECA compatable head joint, as the previous version was. I also added a new thick set of glasses (with and without lenses) which are inbetween the detailed aviators and the simple frames (in terms of look and size for printing). Instead of making these available as new models for purchase, I decided they should be made available for anyone that previously purchased my Chief Brody models. Please contact me if you're unable to re-download the files.
ORIGINAL POST:Two different Chief Brody heads, designed as a replacement for an 8 clothed figure body (NECA) - connection for ball and socket 'necks' is built into the models. The normal, 'dry' head is designed based on his appearence for most of the film, while the 'wet' head is based on the climax scene.
Accessories include a cigarette and several different glasses options. There are simplified frames with and without lenses for 8 figure scale, with an optional cigarette, and different glasses 'arm' width options. Glasses with lenses are also included for printing in clear resin. The 'detailed' frames are more accurate, but will not print at 8 figure scale on most resin printers, so it's included only for larger prints. There is also a combined file with the main head, glasses, and cigarette joined together. There are also heads with attached necks that the buyer can adjust to use with other figures/bodies if desired.
Dimensions already scaled to NECA 8 clothed figure scale, normal 'dry'head (no neck): X = 21.91mm, Y = 31.82, Z = 29.16. Designed for print on resin printer, but heads will print on many FDM printers (glasses may not print at NECA scale on FDM printers). The length of the glasses arms and cigarette were made to allow for adjustment to their length, so some trimming/sanding may be required. Cigarette in particular will require a hole cut into the Brody head's mouth, and/or glue to keep it in place.
