Description

This is another component to go with the other retaining walls I have developed.

This is a commonly found retaining wall that is found near railways or roads where there are railways or roads at a different elevation than the surrounding area.

This design has been designed to be printed on an FDM printer and I would recommend printing in its correct orientation but with supports added to support any overhangs.

The main section comes in two lengths so they can be printed on various sizes of FDM printer if needed. Section 1 is about 120mm long, and section 2 is about 247mm long (with Central Pillar). The walls are about 100m high and the pillars are about 107mm high.

These items have been designed at 1/76 scale but can be printed at other scales.Primarily these items have been designed to be printed on a FDM printer but can also be printed on a Resin Printer.designed at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale.for HO gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale,for O gauge UK at 175%, 1/43.5 Scale,for O gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 Scale,for N gauge print at 51.49%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not printed this model in N gauge so can’t guarantee its printability)

Tested on a Bambu Labs A1 FDM Printer with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.12mm using PLA Filament.
