3D Model of the sword inspired by the Master Sword design from The Legend of Zelda game series.
Model was made using blender 2.82 so the native format is .blend.
All details of the model have been modelled and are not defined by the normal maps so the model is good for 3D printing.
Model is made in real scale, dimensions in metric [mm]: Whole length with hilt: 1400 [mm]/1,40[m] Blade length: 1000 [mm]/1,00 [m] Hilt length: 300 [mm]/0,30 [m] whole; grip length (usable) 200 [mm]/0,20[m] Hilt diameter: 30 [mm]/0,03 [m] Blade max width: 80 [mm]] Blade maximum thickness 10[mm]
Mesh of the model is prepared for the sub-division and it scales really well with this modifier. To define sharpness of the edges edge bevel weight parameters have been used. Number of polygons written in the description is low-poly version, the highest poly version is 1 067 000 polygons.
Materials used in the model are simple. There are 7 materials of the different color, roughness, metallicity which are applied to individual parts of the sword. The texture for granite stand is provided in the archive.
Blender file contains 4 scenes, each contains model in diffrent mesh resolution. There are three versions of the model: base, low poly, medium poly and high poly. You may freely switch between scenes in blender and pick up the right resolution mesh for your needs, or just pick up one from the provide .bj and fbx. files.
Low-poly (sword + stand) : 4870 polygons Medium-poly (sword+stand): 267 000 polygons High-poly (sword+stand): 1 067 000 polygons
Mesh is clean, checked for duplicates, normals.
Model contain stone stand for the sword with the hole on the top so the sword model can be slide into the stand.
Animationblend file contains scene for simple animation sequence of the blade moving in air.
