The quality of the FBX is useless! Wouldn't buy again.

Thanks for replying so fast! The geometry in the FBX is all triangulated. That makes it totally useless for subdivision. You can choose to leave the polygons as they are (quads) when exporting as FBX.
When I download something from a plattform like this I want to be able to use the model right away without any untriangulation work. I could model it myself in that time I would have to spend to make the FBX work.
So please consider re-exporting the FBX. Thanks.

perhaps you have a problem in the settings of the import scene.
