This collapsible wood table by Mogens Lassen was inspired by the folding stands found in Tutankhamun's tomb.With the simplicity of a sliding brass latch, the Egyptian Table exemplifies the functionalism of the mid-century movement, upholding the principle that intelligent, purposeful design will always stand the rest of time.The Egyptian Table's base is made from solid oak or walnut with a veneered table top and features brass detailing at the ends of its legs. Flexible and practical, the table can be collapsed for storage in seconds and makes an elegant addition to diverse lounge areas.
