Native model is Sketchup, version 2017! Rendered with Lumion and exported to other formats. The model is Lumion ready, imported to the program, with materials set (glosiness, normal maps etc) and saved as an imported object. To use it, you would need to extract 4 files from 'lumion.zip' and place them in your /documents/lumion/library folder. It's good to have subfolders in the 'library' one, so the table could go into 'furniture' subfolder, let's say.
