Description

MODEL

  • Model dimensions (LWH): 130,4 x 80,4 x 77,0 cm (51.3 x 31.6 x 30.3 in).
  • Objects count - 8 polygonal objects, 3 helpers and 3 groups.
  • Portion of the model can be subdivided.
  • Model is made mostly of quads and some triangles. No n-gons are present on the model.
  • Polycount without subdivision:

  • Verts - 17 640
  • Polycount with level 1 subdivision:
  • Polys - 52 328
  • Verts - 32 616

RIG

  • The model is rigged with additional controls to help more conveniently perform operations like open doors and drawers. Controls are constrained to allow only realistically possible positions.
  • Rigging is only available in 3ds Max format. All other formats are not rigged.
  • Not rigged 3ds Max version is also included in downloads. You can use it in case you don't need a rig, or if rigging is causing some kind of issues in your scene.

MATERIALS

  • Materials are prepared for Corona renderer.
  • Materials are PBR compliant
  • FBX and GLTF formats should render same, or close to preview images, asuming your 3D software supports PBR standard.
  • Scanline and OBJ formats has only basic materials and will NOT render the same as in preview images.

UV COORDINATES

  • The model is fully unwrapped with no overlapping
  • Some objects' UVs are packed into 0-1 UV space, other objects are using tiling UVs and textures.

TEXTURES

  • Format - PNG
  • Total count - 9
  • Map types - Base colour, Roughness, Normal (OpenGL, +Y), Metallic, AO
  • Bit depth - 8 bits
  • Resolution - up to 4096 x 4096 px, (solid colour textures are resized to 16 x 16 px to save space).
  • Textures are collected into one archive and are delivered in a separate file.

SCENE

  • Model is scaled to accurate real world dimensions.
  • Objects, materials and textures have meaningful and matching names.
  • Transformations has been reset and the model is placed at scene origin [0, 0, 0 XYZ].
  • All texture paths are set to relative.
