*Wooden Folding table and chair. *
The table maybe mainstream enough. I saw it in some DIY videos but didn't find the right 3D model.
So I model it at the beginning was for may personal purpose, to make a sample model for the carpenter. Then I think better if I also make the STL file for 3D printing purpose. So I make a native version for digital use and a STL for 3D printing.
The table technical info are :
Vertex/Vertices : 2380
Triangle face (tris) : 4732
Total polygons : 1890
Maybe too much for game asset, but still afordable. While low poly enough for ArchViz.
After the table finished, I think better if I make also a wooden folding chair as the companion. The chair's design and mechanics was my original work.So its exclusive design here.
Technical info of the chair :
Vertex/Vertices : 1914
Triangle face (tris) : 3892
Total polygones : 1376
It also too much for a game asset, but I think its not a problem. For the models we could do a little optimization by reduce some edges at the arces part and also reduce the cylindrical edges.Currently every cylindrical shape use 32 polygonal sides. So by reduce them to 8 or 12 polygonal edges will reduce a huge amount of triangle faces (tris).

The STL Version
As I say, after finished the model I decide to make the STL version for 3D printing. I have not tested the STL in a 3D printer at all. But, at least I do a STL check to make sure the STL file could use in 3D printing
I make the STL file with SLM or powdered binder jet in my mind, so I didn't make any support for the hanging parts. But because the size of hanging parts are small enough (they are max 1 - 2 cm in real size), I think it will not being problems. But if needed, feel free to add custom support for the hanging parts.
I also make a few adjustment to the STL model to make it easier to assembly. If compared with the native digital formats , the STL version have some additional detils on it.And even I want the STL file to be two parts, when I make the STL file the table parts automatically joined with the chair parts.
So if wanted to print just the table or just the chair, feel free to separate the parts. I provide an image as the guide which is the table part and which is the chair part.
